Official boats are special equipment for government affairs, and their procurement, registration, use, and maintenance have strict standardization requirements, which are much higher than ordinary boats. The core requirements are divided into 4 categories:

1. Qualification approval and registration: through the statutory inspection of the ship inspection agency, to obtain the ship inspection certificate, ship registration certificate, at the same time need to complete the government equipment procurement approval process, into the government department equipment management system, prohibit the diversion for private or non-government purposes;

2. Qualification of operators: in addition to obtaining the corresponding level of ship driving license (inland/coastal), drivers are also required to receive professional training in government law enforcement, and can only take up their posts after passing the examination. Law enforcement personnel are required to have corresponding law enforcement qualifications and carry out law enforcement work according to legal procedures;

3. Equipment maintenance and calibration: on-board law enforcement, communication and rescue equipment shall be professionally maintained and calibrated regularly to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Law enforcement records and positioning data shall be stored and filed according to regulations and shall not be deleted at will. The shore command center shall monitor the operation status of the ship in real time;

4. Operation specification requirements: boats shall be operated according to the approved jurisdiction and purpose, and law enforcement beyond the water area and authority shall be prohibited. During the law enforcement process, law enforcement recorders shall be opened throughout the process, water navigation rules shall be strictly observed, and personnel safety shall be given priority during emergency rescue.
